Subtle Yet Scary

A Suspenseful Sequel

The highly anticipated sequel to the 2018 horror film A Quiet Place has announced a release delay. The film, which was originally scheduled to be released on March 20, 2020, will now hit theaters on September 4, 2020.

The delay is due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, which has led to the closure of movie theaters across the country. Paramount Pictures, the studio behind A Quiet Place Part II, made the announcement in a statement released on Monday.

"We feel it is the best decision for the film and our audiences," the statement said. "We are committed to bringing A Quiet Place Part II to theaters when the time is right and we look forward to sharing it with you then."

A Quiet Place Part II is a sequel to the 2018 film A Quiet Place, which was a critical and commercial success. The film starred Emily Blunt, John Krasinski, and Millicent Simmonds as a family who must live in silence to avoid being hunted by creatures that are attracted to sound.

The sequel will see the return of Blunt, Krasinski, and Simmonds, as well as the addition of Cillian Murphy to the cast. The film is directed by John Krasinski, who also directed the first film.
