The new microdistrict will be located in the village of Zhiroshkino. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Construction of the Moscow Region.
It is noted that 823,400 square meters of housing will be built on the territory of 12 hectares. It is planned to build 13 residential buildings, a kindergarten for 220 places and a school for 1,150 students.
The construction of a new microdistrict will reduce the deficit of social infrastructure in the Ramensky district and create additional places in kindergartens and schools. The project will be implemented in stages, the first of which is scheduled for completion by December 2024.
