Warriors fall in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals

The Golden State Warriors fell to the Memphis Grizzlies 124-95 in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals on Tuesday night at the Chase Center in San Francisco. The Grizzlies now lead the series 2-0.

The Warriors were led by Stephen Curry, who finished with 27 points, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Grizzlies’ balanced attack. Ja Morant led the Grizzlies with 28 points, while Desmond Bane added 23 points and Jaren Jackson Jr. had 21 points.

Draymond Green struggles

Draymond Green, who was ejected from Game 1 for a flagrant foul, struggled in Game 2. He finished with just 5 points on 2-of-9 shooting. He also had 7 rebounds and 4 assists, but he was a liability on the defensive end.

Warriors in trouble

The Warriors are now in trouble in this series. They have to win Game 3 in Memphis on Friday night to avoid going down 0-3. The Grizzlies have been the better team in the first two games of the series, and they will be confident heading into Game 3.
