Early Promise
DaRon Holmes II first made a name for himself as a standout center for the Dayton Flyers. In his final season with the team, he notched career-best marks in each of the five major categories, averaging 20.4 points and 8.5 rebounds per game.
NBA Career
Holmes II was drafted by the Denver Nuggets in the second round of the 2020 NBA Draft. He spent three seasons with the Nuggets, where he averaged 5.2 points and 3.4 rebounds per game. He then moved on to the Phoenix Suns, where he played for two seasons, averaging 6.8 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Currently playing for the Flyers, he looks to help the team make a deep playoff run.
